President – Kim Ludlow
About Me: My name is Kim Ludlow, and my husband Daniel and I live in Timbergrove with our 4 sons. Jonas is a rising 8th grader at FBMS, Link is a rising 6th grader at Hogg, Dash is a rising 1st grader at Sinclair, and Mac is my sidekick who likes to steal office candy, lounge in inconvenient spots on the floor, and raid Mr. Mashburn’s desk for toys.
I’ve served 7 years on the PTO in different roles and was named HISD’s Parent Volunteer of the Year in 2025. It’s been a privilege to serve the community for so long, and I truly enjoy supporting and advocating for families, students, and teachers, and assisting in school functions and events.
PTO Responsibilities: As the President, I serve as leader and key contact for the PTO. I’m responsible for running and managing all aspects of the PTO so that the objectives can be met.

Vice President, Internal – Caitlin Reynolds
About Me: My name is Caitlin Reynolds, my husband and I have lived in Timbergrove and adore our school and neighborhood community. I am a proud mother of two Sinclair students. My daughter, Ellie will be in fifth grade, and my son Matthew will be in third grade next year. Professionally, I am a Financial Advisor, and I love helping families achieve their financial goals. I am a CPA by trade with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. I am a proud mother of two Sinclair students. My daughter, Ellie will be in fifth grade, and my son Matthew will be in third grade next year.

Vice President, External – Allison Jung
About Me: My name is Allison Jung and I have 2 daughters that will attend Sinclair in the 25-26 school year. We live in Timbergrove and I work full time as a Tax Manager for a commodities trading firm in downtown Houston. I was born and raised in Houston and love our city. In my free time, I volunteer with Timbergrove Sports Association and love to play tennis!

Secretary – Tammy Luna
About Me: My name is Tammy Luna, my husband, Ramsey Garza, and I have two children here at Sinclair: Adalia, who is in the 3rd grade, and Amelia, who is in the 2nd grade. Both are die-hard “Superstars” and have had an incredible elementary experience so far. For the past 25 years, I’ve been employed by Halo Branded Solutions, a global marketing corporation, where I work as an executive sales assistant. I’m passionate about community, my children’s education, and helping others. I’ve been a Sinclair volunteer since then, providing our teachers with a well-deserved break as I monitor the children in the school cafeteria.
PTO Responsibilities: Keep the minutes of all general and executive board meetings; be responsible for correspondence; maintain master documents and records of the PTO.

Treasurer – Grant Yip
About Me: My name is Grant Yip, my family and I have been part of the Sinclair community since 2017. Our son is in 4th grade in Ms. Adair’s class, and our daughter, a Sinclair alum, now attends Frank Black Middle School as a 7th grader. I’ve been active with the Sinclair Dads Club, Beautification committee and broader school community since we joined, and it’s been inspiring to watch Sinclair grow and thrive.
PTO Responsibilities: Responsible for and have custody of all PTO funds; maintain financial records; make disbursements as properly authorized; be present at all PTO events where money will be collected; complete and file all necessary tax documents; prepare financial reports for each meeting and as needed; prepare books for audits.

Assistant Treasurer – Lori Motes
About Me: My name is Lori Motes. I will have two kids at Sinclair next school year. Riley is finishing 3rd grade and Alex is rocking Kindergarten. I have a BS in Electrical Engineering from TCU and an MBA from the University of Houston. I am an engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center and did the books for Eureka Heights for its first 7 years.
PTO Responsibilities: Back up to the Treasurer, helps to ensure checks and balances are kept. The Assistant Treasurer should be prepared to cover meetings when the PTO Treasurer is absent. Required to attend monthly meetings. This is a yearly position. It is assumed after one year this person would assume the role of Treasurer.
